SuperMn106
I have an older cuddeback c3000 camera. Lately when I put it out the batteries seem to last maybe a day or two at the most. I tried doing the online help through their website and did not see my problem in their list of helps. Is there a address that I could send it to them and have them repair it. How is their customer service? thanks for any help
Swamphunter
I have had absolutely horrible luck with their customer service, as have others on this site. I have seen recently though guys claiming that they have had good luck with them. Maybe they have improved since I called them, but they have sickened me enough I will NEVER purchase anything with the name Cuddeback on it. I wish you luck and if you have good service, please let me know as I would be willing to listen. As for as far as help with an address, you need to call them and they give you a work repair order number and the address at that point. You have to write out your problem and scribe the repair order number on the box inside and out and then it was like $50 to have them even take a look at it, if it was not covered by warranty. Not too mention the cost to repair.
