OJR Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce 6 1/2"-thick (1/4lb. each) boneless pork chops 10 3/4-oz. can reduced-sodium, 98%-fat-free cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup white wine 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms 2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules, or 1 beef bouillon cube 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, optional 1. Place pork chops in slow cooker. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. 3. Cook on Low 8-10 hours, or on High 4 1/2 - 5 hours. We used 2 thick, boneless pork chops.
