Leo
30yds 9inch circle Winchester Supreme 2oz 3 1/2" #4s 1300fps Browning Gold w/655 Final Strut choke Very happy with this. I'm calling it officially ready!
PotashRLS
Nice pattern, but it seems a bit up and left. You wouldn't want to accidentally overshoot him. Did you try another to see if it is consistant?
Leo
Nice pattern, but it seems a bit up and left. You wouldn't want to accidentally overshoot him. Did you try another to see if it is consistant? Actually I couldn't see the circle from 30yds. The target was in the shade. So I literally had to guess where it was on the sheet. Next time I do this I'm taking some hot orange target dots. Anyhow, yes the sights are on. Inside 30yds this setup is gonna make a vapornoggin! Rhino
Looking good there Leo. I was wondering how you saw that thin circle at 30 yards. Good job letting the force guide you. :D

Leo
Leo great pattern. Who makes the final strut choke? These guys http://gobblerguns.com/ Call their tech support. Tell them what gun and load you shoot. They'll suggest a choke size or even a better load to boot. $75 for the choke. If it doesn't work for you send it back and they'll send you different sizes until it's just right. That's their deal. I think it's a darn good one. Obviously I'm not sending mine back. Supposedly the Winchester High density #5s do well through this choke too. That's what they told me any way. I have no reason to doubt them. BearClaw
Nice pattern, should work great! If it's warm tomorrow like it's supposed to, I'm going fishing. If not, I'm planning on checking several Remington Nitro Turkey loads in my Mossberg. I put on a BSA Red Dot sight so I want to see how that works.
