fisherguy
WHat are some of the best books you have recently read? For me the best of late are: Super Slam by Chuck Adams All of the NUMA books by Clive Cussler(Dirk Pitt and Kurt Austin are almost as good as MacGyver lol) and Twisted by Jefferey Deaver(It is a collection of short stories. THey are certainly twisted, but quite good)
clayman
Re: Best recently read Books The last book I read was "First Graders on Mars." We've been listening to "Hank the Cowdog" on tape and CD quite a bit too lately. Hank's the greatest! Who knows just what my boys will ask me to read to them at bedtime tonight! OJR
Re: Best recently read Books I am reading a great book right now. It is "State of Fear" by Michael Crichton. It is a novel based on a lot of research and scientific facts. Really interesting. It is an eye opener in regards to PETA, ELF, Sierra Club, Green Peace and other enviromental organizations! Great reading.

I just read a book called Night Fall by Nelson Demille, it was very good. I haven't read anything by Ridley Pearson, or Iris Johannson that I didn't like either

Bruce Schmeck
Re: Best recently read Books Read????????????????????? You take great liberty assuming that people on here are actually capable of reading. Let alone that they would really read real literature. I'm kind of partial to Dr. Seuss. Except for the Lorax...............................that's a treehugger book.
