bowhtr1
I need to buy a sprayer for my 4 wheeler and dont want to break the bank. This will be the first one for me so I dont know anything about them. Cant anyone lead me in the right direction. I will only be spraying 5 to 6 acres during the summer along with my yard. I thought about getting the one below because it has the ability to spray 15 ft to the right side. I want to spray the edges of my plots to kill the privet that is slowly taking over my plots. Is this a good one? This is from the Moultrie site and is there most expensive model. Easily spray hard-to-reach areas of fields and fence lines directly from your ATV or utility vehicle with Moultrie’s complete line of sprayers. 25-gallon capacity Spray wand included Spray wand with 15-ft hose 10-ft and 30-ft boomless sprayer included On/Off control valve to control 10-ft spray heads Includes "right of way" spray head, which sprays 15 feet to the vehicle's right side 3 gallon/minute, 50 psi pump Easy "set on / lift off" design Fits ATVs and utility vehicle Built-in tank graduation scal in each hopper for accurate chemical mixing Pressure gauge for pump Tank drain valve (compatible with garden hose threads for emptying unused tank contents back into storage container) Heavy-duty hoses, brass valves and fittings for long life and corrosion resistance Heavy-duty pumps with chemical resistant valves and diaphragms Ratchet straps included for securing sprayer tanks Sprayers are powered via wired remote control that plugs into vehicle's DC outlet Pump strainer is located outside of tank for easy cleaning, if needed $169.00 Thanks, any help would be appreciated. LETMGROW
Frankly this sounds like it might do the job. And at a reasonable price. Give us the model # etc. so we can ck. it out. If you have a website address for the co. let us have it also. Sounds a lot like the sprayer I have but at a more economical price. wtnhunt
That is a good deal. Think I gave $130 for my 15 gallon sprayer from cabelas, and it did not have a boom. The strainer on the outside would be nice too.
LETMGROW
I checked the site out. It looks like a good value to me. A lot of features some more expensive units don't have. Would I buy it? Yes, If I didn't already have one. Lynn
