toddyboman Posted March 1, 2008 Report Share Posted March 1, 2008 It warmed up to upper 50s today...sunny skies....no wind...other than mud being everywhere it was a perfect day. Shot this group with my Remington VS .223 at 100 yards. Just for clarification this gun's cross hairs are zeroed at 300 yards. Therefore all shots should be about that high. I realize that in doing so the cartridge may exceed the magazine length but the reason I ask is because in my VS 308 I can't come anywhere close to touching the lands.
