Shaun_300
Tomorrow is my first day of my 8-week Level 4 apprenticeship training. Usually there's only 3 terms but the GM ASEP one has a 4th very advanced term. After this I'll be ready to go and write to get my license, and start making some real money! The only downside is driving back and forth to downtown Ottawa every flippin day. In the snowy weather it is absolutely mental to drive in that city, the traffic is rediculous. I've been lucky and only have had one other term in the winter. The worst morning was 2 1/2 hours to get to school, 40 miles away. Turns out we're under a winter storm warning for tonight and tomorrow. Supposed to freeze rain overnight and into the morning before the temperature rises to 45 degrees. Should make for an interesting drive in. I'm gonna leave shortly after 6:00 so I can miss most of the rush hour traffic.

Shaun_300
I have a friend that lives less than a mile up the road from the college, I'll crash at his place if we get bad weather. Looks like we're in for a snowstorm Wednesday and thursday too.

Shaun_300
Well I just got back from school. Today is just to register and we shoot the bull about all that's happening in our dealerships for a while. It was quite the ride in this morning, the highway was really messy. Saw two cars in the median. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there! It was great to see my teachers and fellow apprentices, after a total of spending 8 months learning and helping eachother they're like a second family.
