Hoyt03
What upkeep goes into keeping your mount looking just as good as the day you picked it up? This is my first deer mount, and i'm not sure what I need to do. I remember being told to oil someparts to keep them from cracking. Any advice? fisherguy
Re: Tips on keeping my deer mount looking good? PIC keep it out of the sun...we have a beauty 169 5/8 typical my dad shot but he hung it near a big south facing window. After 15 years teh hair has bleached out a lot. The worst part...he hung teh moose he just got in that spot and moved the deer.
