Spent most of its time staggering around on the crusty snow and flying into the living room window. The Varied Thrushes you see dead on highways, and byways, and the ones that break their necks flying into your front window, are the head-down Varied Thrush. There are probably around 15-20 types of orioles worldwide and several whose ranges go up into northern Canada if I remember correctly.
