Guest TyrannosaurusTom
howdy, thanks, im a handgun hunter for sure, everything from squirrel to bucks. i also use a 410 single shot handgun for small game, lot of fun. i generally hunt big oak tree country, my technique is really about the experience, i pick a spot and wait em out, sit quiet, and they come. with a handgun, especially open sights, im very selective about my shots, mostly on the ground and close. i bow hunt also so i know range and patience haha. a red dot on a handgun is deadly on squirrel, heres my 410 squirrel buster:
Guest TyrannosaurusTom
aksheep, i thought everything was supersized in AK? lol...i hunt mostly along the Conn. River, surrounded by very big old oak trees and HUGE cornfields, which combined with the very light pressure hunting, squirrels get up here makes for some big squirrels, and lots of them.
