wtnhunt
Heard a while earlier today on fox news that Sharpton has intentions of filing a suit if Florida and Michigan are counted and Obama does not win the democratic race. Could not find that story yet, but did find this one, which kind of goes along with what I heard earlier http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,335971,00.html. Will try looking for the story again later, and will post a link if I find it. Guess I am kind of curious in the event that this does not go his way, just who exactly he plans to file his suits against, the dnc? And what exactly for and on what grounds he has for the suits? Should the democratic nomination committee be intimidated by Sharpton and allow his demands to influence what they do or do not do?
johnf
OK, the world can end.............................................I agree with AL Sharpton:eek: I think that neither Florida nor Michigan should count. They knew the rules, they knew the consequences and the broke them anyway. They were talking about that weeks before it happened. Ouch that really hurt. dlriggins
I have said for years that the only way to get an accurate vote out of Florida is to cast the votes with a bingo dauber and use large print as to avoid the confusion. Popular vote should decide that is the way it should be all jokes aside
oldksnarc
By doing so Sharpton will hurt Osama (oops - did I say that wrong) more than help him. And, we (the people and the liberal media) allow Sharpton too much credibility. He opens his mouth and some tremble to accomodate.

wtnhunt
And, we (the people and the liberal media) allow Sharpton too much credibility. He opens his mouth and some tremble to accomodate. That is the sad and unfortunate truth and race often becomes a factor where it should not be. yep. that's the way it should be. all agreed before hand. only difference is that now hillary needs the votes. i don't want a cent of federal funds spent on this fiasco, either. dems did it, dems can resolve it. Correct, Hillary needs the votes. The aclu supports letting the votes in Florida and Michigan count, surprisingly Sharpton seeing that this would put Hillary ahead of Obama is in disagreement. Makes no difference to me whether they count or not so long as neither of those candidates gets in the White House and there is no expense passed on to the taxpayers. Typical loser Sharpton:mad: Yep, while he makes no claim to be for either candidate it is quite obvious who he supports and his becoming more vocal on this after Obama lost in Texas and Ohio. Unfortunate too for this country that there are some super delegates who plan to support Hillary who are also being intimidated. Do not know if Sharpton has anything directly or indirectly to do with that.
