I also just have gotton the bps 24' nwtf model with the same sights and was wondering the same thing, i was wondering if the sight that sticks up would hold up in the turkey woods.also for you michiganbowhunter i have a question. i was putting my barrel on my the other day to shoot it, and as reading the owners manual after i put it together it said for the bps either rhe slug model or the turkey model you have to put on the stabilizing ring and the stabilizing washer after you put on the barrel. right on top of the magazine tube. now my does not have any of these parts on it or in the box. does your have these washers or not? thank you in advance.p.s. it is on page 13 in your owners manual

I guided a client for 6 days in Alabama last week. Believe it or not, he missed 4 turkeys in one day. The last one was kind of running sideways, so I took his gun and went after it. I thought I'd catch him hiding in a brushtop, so I looked down the barrel to get a feel for it (I'd never aimed a gun with the tri-vis sights before). Immediately the problem became apparent. The set screw on the rear sight had fallen out and they were just sliding left to right. What a frustrating day. I only have to chase those shot up turkeys for six more weeks.

used the sights today on my bps (same gun as yours) they shot perfect never had to touch a thing.

poi was shot at 8 yards and blew a hole perfectly in the center.
