rhine16
.........yes, i lived through it I'm sure you have all heard about and seen what happened. Guess I should give account of what it was like: We had no clue that there was tornado warnings out or anything, so when the noise started we didnt know what it was. At first it seemed as if it was fans stomping their feet, but then it became obvious that it wasnt. Play just seemed to stop and everybody started looking up. I was so scared of the scoreboard that hung over centercourt falling where i was. When the tornado hit, it just seemed to take out the two sections of wall. Was very wierd watching it. The whole dome shook like crazy. Luckily, our vehicle was parked on the side that the tornado didnt go through, so it was okay. Ended up under two more warnings Saturday. Luckily they didnt do anything. We actually qualified for tickets on Saturday. That stadium was practically empty. Was very, very wierd. Did not stay for championship since my bulldogs got beat out. Still am in shock that Georgia won. Every team was very evenly matched though. Down year for the SEC for sure.

preacherman
Hey Rhine..........had a family from church there as well. They said that it was indeed a scary moment. They also talked about how that if the guy from Alabama hadn't made the three point shot and sent it into overtime; how that many would have been going to their cars and such and would have been outside right in the midst of that storm. They are so right Scott. I can definitely say Mikel Riley saved my life. And also Barry Stewart for missing his second free throw that would've sealed the deal. The Lord works in miraculous ways doesn't he Scott?
