Bob LeBlanc
I'd have liked to seen her get everything he had. even though she's no better than him. He is one of those treehugging freaks. He was up here in Atlantic Canada protesting against the seal hunt. (loser ) It's alright for him being a multi-millionaire, but what about the people who's livily-hood depend on the seal hunt ? They should have clubbed him instead of the seals at the time. Actually, Lewis...at the time that they were up here, it became quite evident that MaCartney was perturbed at Mills' militance and ignorance. Some people have even suggested that Sir Paul became less an activist when he actually had a chance to hear the people involved in the seal hunt, and what it means to them...and that it played a significant role in their splitting up. I know that one of the interviews I saw...Macartney was shooting daggers out of his eyes at Mills...he was NOT impressed. Bob
PotashRLS
LOL, my mother RAISED me on The Beatles music. She was in jr high when they "invaded" the US. She's been in love with them ever since. I like them. But not their politics or whatever. Heck, there's only 2 of them left. Good point, Paul and Ringo can't take a hint! Don't really care for them myself either. Wrong generation I guess.

What did she do in 4 years of marriage that entitles her to $48 million dollars? I guess we should take money from the people on this site who make the most and give to those who make the least.....heck, they can afford it
stevebeilgard
right on, finn. what we're seeing a lot of is what the news is pumping us all full of.... the rich are mean and have too much money, and we must all share. simple class warfare. i'm pretty sick of it, myself. let's all take care of ourselves, and not care if someone else has tons of money. life isn't a zero sum game... there's lots of money out there without us taking from the "rich". remember, liberals think everyone making over 40 thousand a year is rich. just another liberal lie. ( More so than usual) And in a celebs' world, that means something. Apparently he made another album during that time and they accredited that to her being his new wife and giving birth to their child......boosted sales in other words.
Randyman
Apparently, money can't buy me love! With an estimated net worth of $1.6 BILLION, i'm sure Paul thinks he got off cheap. As far as whether or not she deserves it, who cares?!
