beagleboy
I usually make Easter dinner at home but I am recovering from back surgery so my wife's cousin decided to have Easter at her house. That just saved me about 2 days work. I usually make an awesome appetizer with cheeses, sausage, roasted peppers, an Italian Wedding soup, homemade gnocchi, meat dish, several sides and an awesome array of homemade desserts. (Creme brulee is usually one of them). So I am bringing desset to the cousins house. About 20 creme brulees and a homemade cheesecake. OJR
Nothing special! My wife and I will have something but not too much! I still have to loose weight, so it will be low carb's! So far I have dropped 44 pounds and working on more!
wtnhunt
Don't know yet. Have a turkey I was going to smoke, but it is still in the freezer, would never be thawed out in time. Will probably just go with ham and trimmings.

Adjam5
Starting off with, cold antipasti, then some home made Manicotti, my mom's and then we work our way to the ham, my Aunt's with all the trimmings. There is a tradition of a cake baked in the shape of the lamb, what keeps it a tradition is the lambs head falls off every year. It is the standing joke every Easter.
