wtnhunt
Hearing some gobbles here in the mornings off in the woods and bottoms back behind the house. Great stepping off the back porch in the mornings right around the time it gets light and just listening while enjoying a cup of coffee, especially mornings like this one where it is foggy and cool enough there is a frost. Stepped out a while ago, crows and hawks going nuts and an occasional owl, heard at least 3 different birds gobbling. Yep, think spring is here. maytom
It's still pretty depressing with snow still comming down, even on the first day of spring no less!! Come mid-April, things should be starting to shape up nicely!! I don't start to get serious with the turkeys here in NY until the month of April anyway. Got to be a awesome sound to hear now!!
