Strut10
Just came home from church and looked back the field here from the house. There was a big tom all blowed up & struttin' his stuff for a hen..........in the middle of the snow!! Don't get to see that too often around here.....thankfully. PA_Spike_King
Yeah Don PA and I were going to go scouting yesterday but we ended up with about 5 inches of snow and learning from the past they just don't do anything with much snow on the ground. Will just have to wait a little longer.
Strut10
........... they just don't do anything with much snow on the ground. Somebody evidently forgot to tell that to the fellow back the lane. His game was ON!!
PA_Spike_King
That would be cool to see them struttin in the snow.
PotashRLS
They are strutting in the snow here. I guess its because they have no choice. Even some Highschool baseball and softball games are being postponed. Snow should be gone by June:eek:
Strut10
Talked to my father-in-law last night at dinner. What I didn't see yesterday was the other 25 birds that were in the fireld while I was still at church.

wildside
Just saw two toms strutting in the snow this morning here, too! It's a cool thing to see. With this late-season snow, it seems like several folks are getting to enjoy the same scene!
