Guest Andrea
The biggest weighed 50. Smallest was 30. The others were in the 40 pound range. He said the light ones were the females and they didn't put up much of a fight compared to the darker males. When the males would get their heads above water....they'd lose their minds!!! Guest Andrea
Nice pics!! How do eat/cook a fish that big? You filet them out and cut it up into "nuggets" then season and meal and fry them.

Hey, be careful what you ask for, I may have to take you up on that offer!!!!!! I love halibut, but haven't had any in quite some time!!!!!! But to I am hoping to get to Alaska SOON to do some work on some of our equipment up there, and if so, I am gonna hit the water and do some halibut fishing. Been there twice, and couldn't fish either time:(
