VTbowman
Is there salt in it? Thats the biggy that gets me in trouble here in VT. Let me know how it works, I have a new Stealth Cam and a home brew one just dying to shoot some bucks.
dogdoc
Re: Whitetail Addiction I have used it Jim and the deer destroyed it---I think it is just a concentrated salt block---it will dissolve in the soil and probably still be there come deer season if you put it out in the spring. I picked some up on clearance at wally world last year and the deer destroyed it---better than my regular loose minerals. todd

dogdoc
Re: Whitetail Addiction at 2 bucks a bag i would be loading up. I have a small block right here in front of me---Ingredients are sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, mineral oil. 93% salt. yes--it works---it doesn't do much for the deer as far as supplying a balanced mineral supplement but it sure does attract them. todd
VtBowhunter
Re: Whitetail Addiction Vt, I'm almost positive that we can put the stuff out but you can't hunt within a certain distance of it. So if you wanted to put it out for getting pics I think you can.........I'll have to check into that again.
10acboy
Re: Whitetail Addiction I put it out in liquid form to get some pics and the first day the deer were hitting it. Does and a button mostly, but one nice 8 or 10 pointer came in one night. I say buy it.

Stinger-Hunter
Re: Whitetail Addiction over the years, the big ones will hit it often. When the young ones learn to use it and then they grow up - they are used to it. If it attracts does, the bucks will come - but again, in a few years the bucks will come on their own.
