Guest Finn
Props to them...hadn't watched them this year til they pounded Wisconsin tonight. Congrats to Davidson
unioncountyslayer
They're a scary team Craig. Took UNC all the way to the buzzer early this season. And Curry is unbelievable

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
They're a scary team Craig. Yeah they are...not only UNC, but Duke and UCLA also had close games against them, now with wins over Georgetown and Wisconsin, Final Four might be a reality for them setting up a possible rematch with UNC. Chrud
Congrats to Davidson, they played an amazing game. I've never seen a team shoot as well as they did. Unbelieveable!

MCH
They'll have trouble with Kansas, but Curry's the real deal. It's always nice to see the underdog win a few.
JJL
After seeing the butt-stomping that MSU got afterwards, I tend to believe that the Big-Ten is just a little over-rated. Kansas will destroy Davidson.
dogdoc
all I know is I wouldn't want to play them---they are on a hot streak! Hopefully the Big 12 Jayhawks will bring them back down to earth.
craig mack
I was at the game, and Davidison was incredible to watch. Curry was unstoppable. I dont think they will be able to handle Kansas's size though. Lebron was in the house last night also. He was booed!!!:D:D

craig mack
Guarded or not, Curry should have taken the last shot. Curry was wore out!!! #24 should have took the shot, he had the hot hand. I think Curry played every minute of the game, he was tired and it showed.

I think Curry played every minute of the game, he was tired and it showed. You're crazy. I don't care how tired he was, he had a better chance of making a 23 footer with a hand in his face than a desperation 30 footer. That's what your star player is for, to rise above. I just wish he would have taken the shot. Would have been easier to swallow if he took the final shot and missed.
craig mack
Your crazy!!! I was there, the kid ran out of gas well before the end of the game. I would want my star to take the last shot also, but it would have been blocked for sure. He took to long to bring it up the floor to begin with and thats why they had to take a bad shot. Kansas's D was all over Curry the whole game. The kid was spent.
buckbuster11
That last play was all on the coach. Nice strategy...umm yeah....let's inbound the ball to Curry and let him run around until he finds an opening. Ridiculous. With 16 seconds left and only needing 2 points they could have ran a normal offensive set. At least try and get Curry running around a bunch of screens instead of giving him the ball straight off the inbounds pass. They could have even tried to dump it down low and get an easy 2 for the tie, Kansas can't risk a foul in the situation so they probably could have gotten an easy look at the basket down low. PotashRLS
Davidson is a Cinderella team even if they didn't win it all. But, almost like a freak of nature, March is the month that the Badger lays an egg every year.

You can only ride a hot player for so long and when he can't make it happen, the joy ride is over! Look at the Cavaliers? Great player in Lebron but it take 4 others to play hard and bring home the hardware!! So Craig, how as the game there? Looked pretty cool to have it there, that raised floor looked awesome!! They should have played it at the Palace. I think they (NCAA) got greedy, trying to pack a big stadium. I have no complaints about my seats but the lower seats on the risers were terible. And I couldnt even imagine trying to watch it in the upper deck, you would need a spotting scope to see the game!!!

He was hot all night. :rolleyes:yep , someone else always stepped up , every game they won. Curry kept them in the games though. They didn't lose last night because Curry didn't take the last shot. They lost because they went away from what got them there and relied too heavily on Curry during the entire game.
unioncountyslayer
well, if I remember right, Curry hit a 3 with less than a minute to go. But he was physically worn out? Anyway, it's all a mute point now, I just wish he had the chance to take the final shot. That's all I was trying to say.

I see what your trying to say but he missed 6 straight before he made his last shot. The coach called a bad play, he shouldnt have been the one bringing it up the court. Kansas had a steady rotation of guards defending him all game and he never hit the bench for a breather all game. Hey, they had a nice run and I would have loved to see the upset.
