Guest Heter32
Is there anything I can do to clean them up a little b4 I hang them up in a European mount?
RTF
Clean them up with some windex or 409 and allow to dry. Get your self some good wood stain like Min-Wax and touch them up a bit. Choose the color you want the antlers to be, like dark verse light. After the stain dries good, polish them up with some turtle wax. You can buff the antlers with a dremel tool using the buff wheel. Saskbuck40
You betcha, gelled wood stain is the answer. I've cleaned up some heads from bleached straight white to dark chocolate brown perfectly.
