OJR
1 pork tenderloin (1 pound) 3 Tbls. brown sugar substitute 2 teas. garlic powder 2 teas. chili powder 1/2 teas. dried oregano 1/2 teas. pepper Place pork in a 13" X 9" X 2" dish. Combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano and pepper; rub over pork. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill pork, covered, over indirect medium heat for 18-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. NOTE: You can use this recipe with 2 pork tenderloins. There is enough rub for 2 pounds of meat.
