Guest Kelbo
hello, i am looking into purchasing a tc pro hunter 50 caliber muzzleloader, and also purchasing a 7mm or 270 barrel also. I was wondering if any one has shot one of these guns and if the flex tech stock really does work. I see that the thumbhole stock does not have as many of the rubber coils as the none thumbhole stock does, does the thumbhole still reduces the same amount of recoil? any help would be greatly apprecieated. Thank you
Jorden
I have a Pro Hunter in a 30-06 caliber and the gun shoots great. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

I have the gun in a 30-06 as well. Shot it at one deer and dropped it where it stood. Great shooting gun, little to no recoil at all. You will not regret the purchase! He is right, the amount of recoil is minimal at most...I have shot a deer and a elk with mine and dropped them both in their tracks...very accurate gun as well
preacherman
I would agree totally! This is one of the most accurate guns that I have ever shot. I had a little trouble at the beginning getting it sighted in. Beat my head against the wall, then looked at the scope and it was loose! Tightened it up and it started driving tacks! Great gun, very accurate.

rhine16
I have no experience with a TC, but a 7 mag should be no problem for a guy of your stature in my opinion. I remember shooting one when i was 14 with no problem.

jcwa
I use the T/C Pro hunter 50 caliber muzzleloader, and a 7mm mag. Yes the flex stock works. It takes alot of kick out of the mule.
