I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, SNIPE!!...my Dad enters that very same contest each year(my parents still live in Dallas.....well, actually, Richardson...)-I remember that ritual and preperation he went through for that contest,from the time I was little!..He placed a few times....made a "Rattlesnake Chilli"once.......PM me, if you have time!...I want to ask some more questions from you....!?-Kathleen ...And GOOD LUCK!! Met allot of new folks...One of our team members had a few to many adult beverages Friday night and slept in til almost noon.. So I sent him out as the team photographer...
