That being said, PLEASE don't request info if you really are NOT wanting to buy, please.

Because of my health not getting any better we are wanting to sell our house to get closer to town and to my wife's work. Right now if I needed her to get home to help me it would take 30+ minutes to get here and she is just not comfortable with it and it worries her to death. Me? Heck, I am an old country boy and I feel if it is my time, well, see ya! LOL

We live only about 10 minutes from town (North side) but she works on the South side and it just takes her too long to get home so I have caved in to give her some ease.

This is my dream home. We have 10 acres and we feed about 18 does (right now) and 2 bucks right in our back yard. Last year I had 3 bucks that were so big I had never seen live deer that big plus 5 others that were in the 150"+ range. I have those 5 on film but the three big boys came and went before I could get the video camera. All of them(the 8 big bucks) except for the two small bucks and all of the does, left out and were never seen again two weeks before bow season.

The Does are so comfortable here they bring the babies every Spring just about a week after they give birth. The Does eat and the babies just lay around. That is until they get just a bit bigger then they are everywhere! LOL

I also feed the raccoons, opossums and every other critter around for miles, it seems..ha.

Anyway, it is mostly wooded 10 acres with marketable timber and a wet weather spring in the back. Gently rolling hills are an easy climb for most anyone.

Please, Only RealTree members and serious members as well.

Thanks

Thought about this post all night at work. Would love to be able to make a move like this. Just not in the cards. This area is one of the top 10 places in the country to retire...;)

Just can't imagine New Jersey being a nice place to retire. Of course the only thing I know about it I've seen on tv and movies. You probably don't think I've got running water or shoes on:D.

New Jersey does have some nice spots but it is about to implode. I'll probably die here the way it is going. I knew they started wearing shoes down your way, but didn't realize they figured running a pipe from the well to the shack would make life easier..:D
