muggs
The top half of my fly rod blew out while I was fighting a big steelhead this past weekend. I remember the dealer told me it came with a lifetime warranty so I emailed the website and once I send the broken rod back to them they're sending me out their latest comparable rod. If you're in the market, I'd recommend Redington. They're priced fairly and this lifetime warranty is good if you're a guy like me who puts his fly fishing gear through a lot of stress. craig mack
I have never fly fished before but if I do I will check out their rods. I always like to hear of companys backing their products. Did you land the fish?
muggs
Did you land the fish? Nada...but that's my luck. Each year I'll usually land a couple that go over 10 lbs. but this year, the bigger fish just haven't been coming. I did hook into a couple that were probably that big but I lost both of them. One hung me up in a huge tree that fell into part of the stream, and this one decided to snap my rod like a twig. Maybe next year. Next fish I get over 32" is getting mounted and going over the bar I plan to build.

muggs
Thought you were a catch and release kinda guy. Oh yeah, I release everything I catch other than walleye and perch. But if I get a dandy steelhead, it's getting mounted. One fish won't hurt the resource.
