dogdoc
2002 Ford F150 When I turn on my MAX A/C it blows the air out the defrost and not the vent. It will blow out the defrost anywhere from a minute to 5 minutes--then switch back to the vent for same period of time and then back to the defrost. It bounces back and forth. Does anyone know if this truck is controlled electronically or is it a vacuum tube? Is this a do it yourself or probably need to take it in? thanks! todd

Shaun_300
Not too sure if the Fords are electronic or vacuum Todd. Either or, when it comes to HVAC in vehicles you're better off to take it in to a dealer, that kind of work can be a real headache even for an experienced mechanic!
