Hoytguy
I replaced my string on my Pro Elite now I can't get my peep to stay inline when I draw my bow back. Tony, i've been waiting to talk to you and see you maybe this summer at a few shoots, but help me out here or anyone. I'm wondering if twisting the string a half a turn...???? Wanna stay away from the rubber tubing on my target bow. Give me some insight and take me to school.
MCH
Put that baby in a bow vise and twist her string a half a turn. Take her out and see if that doesn't fix her. Your string has just stretched a little bit.
Tony
yep kevin nailed. just add or take a 1/2 turn away. sometimes you can adjust your d loop a little off one way or the other to get the peep to rotate properly. im available to shoot most weekends either sat or sunday. lots of big shoots coming up. just pick a weekend and lets get together. Guest batman
Also you can wrap a little serving around the outside groove on the peep to keep it in place if your string has stretched some.
