Dogg6
I'm looking at using Blazer vanes this year. My question is does it matter if they are right or left helical? I shoot a right handed Browning Adrenaline 31" draw - 65# and use a whisker biscuit rest. Just need to get some input before getting them set up. LifeNRA
If your vanes are right now, why change to a left? Also, I thought I read somewhere that you should not use left helical because you might run the risk of turning the broadheads and field tips off the end of the shaft. Plus I doubt you will see much with Blazers since they are so short. I use Blazers, I have a 2-3 degree right offset. No problems here with my Whisker Biscuit. Just make sure your bow is well tuned. Dogg6
The reason I was asking was because I currently use no helical, just straight fletch. But I had read somewhere that with the blazers you should use a slight helical. Just looking for some input from some of the guys that use them. LifeNRA
Actually, I think its the opposite. Most use a slight offset, with a straight clamp.
