DU_man_84
for all the largemouth fisherman, if you had to fish with one lure the rest of your life what would it be, as for me i would take a colorado blade chartruese and white spinnerbait, thats my all time favorite lure, its a lure you can fish all year round and you can cover alot of water locating fish, what would everyone else choose
Guest Finn
I'm not a bass fisherman, but the one lure that sticks in my head is from some buddies I fished with in TX back in 1985. Two guys had one they called: Biff and Bohne's Lure of Death....a simulated strike king with twin copper blades with a black and yellow skirt all these years, and I remember them saying it like it was yesterday! Guest Andrea
Black and gold broken back Rebel. Works like magic. For both bass and pike.
Texan_Til_I_Die
Zoom Super Fluke. I can fish it weightless texposed as a jerkbait Dead stick it like a Senko Texas rig it and fish it deeper Carolina rig it and fish it really deep Or fish it wacky style when the bite is slow
ate1cropy
The top water Original Zara Spook may not always be the most productive bait in my tackle box but when fish are hitting top water it's one of the most exciting lures i've found for pike, bass(large mouth and small mouth) I have even caught large blugills. Another awsome bait for heavy cover is the Nemire Spoon Buzzer.
bluelund79
Texan Til I Die and I have the same favorite! I like mine in Arkansas Shiner color! For another way to fish it, rig through the nose and expose it through the side, much different action, and on a swimming jig head, it sure is deadly, especially in rivers as well! gitcha_some
Senko in a dark green....just flat out catches a ton of fish in all conditions
mule659
A 5 inch swimbait in some kind of Shad pattern will do it for me. A spinnerbait I made at my buddies shop would be a very close second...it is my own design, color, and blade combo...I love it :-)
Guest G-Dawg
I would say a Texas-rigged worm or spinnerbait but that is just my favs.
Leo
Zoom Super Fluke. I can fish it weightless texposed as a jerkbait Dead stick it like a Senko Texas rig it and fish it deeper Carolina rig it and fish it really deep Or fish it wacky style when the bite is slow That's a darn good choice. I like the Gulp sinking minnows maybe a little better. You can do all the above with them plus if you reel them fast enough and you can walk them like a Zara Spook. But for big Bass the 3/4oz Rat'l Trap has been my most consistent producer.
backwoods07
Ever since this lure came out, I have used nothing but. I absolutely swear by this. Words can't describe how well this thing works on largemouths and smallmouths (although I'm sure there are better strategies out there for smallies). Of course, I'm talking about THE ORIGINAL CHATTERBAIT. My favorite color is black and blue and for whatever reason, bucketmouths love it. I have fished with this in about 6 or 7 different lakes all with amazing results. WHAT ARE YOU ALL WAITING FOR!!

lungbuster12point06
Black and brown Thunderstick in a 6" red treble version. Can walk the dog or start stop or run fast and catch fish year round as long as the water isn't froze over.

Tominator
Erie Deerie all the way. Actually, when I did bass fishing, I'd have to say spinner bait.
