PA_RIDGE_RUNNER
I had nearly the same day as Bachflock. Mine started out at o dark thirty and Finally ended at 11:00. I started calling as it got light and after a while a hen came feeding out the field. She stopped and started putting and then took off and flew up the field to the woods. About that time a dang house cat stepped out. Man that cat doesn't know how close it came to losing one or all of its lives. Shortly I heard a gobble way up in the woods which is posted ground. I managed to call that tom to the edge of the woods where he just walked back and forth but would not come down to my set up. Another hen came by and stood in my decoys cackling and calling but that tom would not even come to her. I finally went totally silent and he wandered off. I do have a plan for tomorrow though. jbeck
Hang in there, he'll come around. LOL I hate it when we do what we're supposed to do and they don't follow the script.
