Chrud
IMO, "Vermont Fancy" looks nasty. It just looks like it would be watery and no flavor. Even the "A-Medium" doesn't look the greatest. The other two, however, look nice! That is just my opinion on the looks. Never had Vermont stuff. Honestly, I don't think it could be any better than Wisconsin. I like B Grade and the darker ambers for taste.. And the Vermont Syrup isn't ant better or worse than the Wisconsin sryup ... The making of Maple Syrup is an art form in itself .... no matter what state it's made in ..

unioncountyslayer
OK, I'll cast my vote for what it's worth. Craig sent me some Wisconsin Maple syrup and I finally got to pour some on my pancakes. WOW, Vermont's got nothing on Wisconsin. I didn't realize what I had been missing all these years! Ohiobucks
I'm a huge Wisconsin maple syrup fan! Craig was nice enough to send me a bottle of this liquid gold a few weeks back, finally got around to giving it a go. Man it is awesome. Hands down, the best. Of course, I've never had any other syrup to compare it to (eh hhmmmmm LUKE! ) so this Wisconsin syrup is the best stuff on the planet IMO.

Adjam5
OK ...Heres another hat in the ring.... I ordered 2 pints of that Tasty delicious Wisconsin Maple syrup from Matt a few weeks ago and it is all gone. My boys devoured almost one pint in one breakfast! I make the B E S T chocolate chip pancakes .The rest found its way to work in my cooler and for coffee break at work, we send out the apprentice. About 7 of us on my job had pancakes for breakfast with tasty Wisconsin maple syrup. The votes are piling up fast for Wisconsin:D Thanks again Matt! I'll be ordering more soon. aksheephuntress
....Alright, Everyone....I'll have to throw a wrench in the wheel here....- -I absolutely am enjoying every ounce of Luke's Vermont syrup....-and we have friends from the UP and Wisconsin , who have recently arrived bearing gifts of wonderful Wisconsin dark deluxe syrup....-I did prefer Luke's to the Wisconsin syrup- (although I haven't had the opportunity to try Craig's ,yet-) BUT: ...I can honestly tell you, hands down...that the most exquisite , dark, almost liquor-savory maple syrup I have ever had , in my life... is the Canadian Maple syrup that Buckee Steve sent me , a couple of weeks ago....:):) -THE BEST!
