Alpine Archery Customer Service

I just had a new Vital bow Gear drop away rest put on my Legacy last week. With the drop away rest, there wasn't clearance for my Alpine Archery Sof-Lok quiver. I know the quiver comes with a spacer, but I didn't have it.

I looked on their website to see if I could purchase what I need, but they didn't offer it for sale on their site. Last night I contacted Alpine Archery, and left a message, as it was after hours. This afternoon, my cell phone rang, and it was a guy from Alpine Archery, returning my call. He asked me specifically what the problem was, and how much of a spacer I needed. He told me I would need longer mounting screws too. I said "ok". He asked for my mailing address, and I asked him what I owed him. He said "no charge sir"

Customer service like that is awesome. I'm sure it was a very inexpensive item, but just the gesture is awesome. Needless to say, I won't hesitate to buy another Alpine Archery product.

Just thought I would share a good customer service story, as its ussually the bad stories you hear about.

Re: Alpine Archery Customer Service

Well...I just got through shoveling snow, and the wife and I walked down to the mail box. Inside was an envelope from Alpine Archery, with the shims, amd longer screws for my quiver. Not too bad. I talked to the guy Tuesday afternoon, and the pieces arrive on Saturday, from Idaho to Connecticut, free of charge. Great service!!!
