Ok sunday was the last day of season I went sunday morning b4 church and had no luck. Well that afternoon after dinner I laid down and put in a realtree dvd. I was to tired to hunt but after seeing the first bird on the video killed I just had to go give it one more shot:)

As I posted b4 I have been turkey hunting for four years and killed my first this year!

So I went out and sure enough found some birds..I saw em at the end of a feild so I set up and called for about an hour.. they never came over the hill to me so I belly crawled through the tall grass up to where I could see over the hill and they were still there.. a gobbler and 2 hens!

I crawled within 40 yards and he looked my way..I got up on my knees raised my gun and blasted him b4 he could run!:) 10and a half inch beard inch and a 8th hooks and his beard was much thicker than the first one I shot.

It worked out good cuz I wanted to mount the first one fullbody but had to do a plack cuz the wing was to messed up but this one is a better bird and nothing is messed up on him! What an end to a great season in Tennessee!:cool: Cant beleive it worked out so good for me but I sure am glad it did:cool:
