wtnhunt
Heard a little on this earlier this morning, they are supposedly going to put their past differences and bickering aside and try to pull their party back together now. Shame, I was hoping they would continue to bicker a bit longer.

Texan_Til_I_Die
Wait! Shouldn't she be flashing a peace sign and saying "I am not a crook"!!!!
wtnhunt
Clinton may not done yet Seems this story is just getting interesting with breaking news right now. Clinton is now offering that she is "open to being Obama's vice president". Lots of speculating going on right now, seems some are suggesting it possible Clinton has stayed in this long to tie up the delegates to somehow put her in better position for the vp bid. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

My, what a classy exit strategy she's concocted.

stevebeilgard
sure was nothing from clinton that resembled a concession speech to me. maybe i missed something. i think she still has options left, and it will be a very interesting convention in denver. obama is getting pressure to take clinton as v.p., and that would be a good move for the dems. however, if i were obama, i'd review the loooooong list of those who have met untimely ends when associated with the clintons. i think one way or the other, clinton will be president. meanwhile, i see little to no hope for the liberal republican, mr. mccain. even with lieberman as a running mate. it will be interesting to see what the next 4 years brings. i'm seeing double everything. gas at 8-10 bucks a gallon, taxes doubled, home mortgages doubled, unemployment double-doubled, and a bunch more. god help us. ruttinbuc
I listened to McCain's speech last night in Louisiana and it sounded as if he was talking to a room of maybe 25 people. Absolutely no fire in the way this man talks. None:(
