Guest Andrea
Congrats!! That's a nice one for sure. You keep it??
Texan_Til_I_Die
No, I haven't kept a bass in years. In fact, I put her in my livewell and gave her a good shot of oxygenated water and doped her up good with a slime coat treatment before I released her. That's why she looks so shiny in that picture. Guest Andrea
I don't keep mine either. But if I ever caught one over 8 pounds I would. Biggest so far for me is 6.
Texan_Til_I_Die
Well, you're in big bass country. Just keep fishing and it'll happen.
Guest Andrea
I'm trying. They don't seem to want to cooperate this year. I have chunked everything I have at them. Lost 2 big ones on live bait last night. ( I was getting desperate)
longbeardfever4ever
What a Hawg! What a hawg! my biggest largemouth came out of a pond MAYBE 100 yards long and at a max of 25 yards wide at the most. I was quite surprised when it ate my Rapala Dt 10. It was 7.5 pounds, i have one bad pic of it that came from a disposable camera. Too bad i was alone too. I have a pic of the hawg lying in the grass:(. Oh well, were not always lucky........... Nice Fish!
