hoping for the best

our lease is owned by international paper, we know that they are going to cut it soon but realy dont know when and they realy are'nt saying much to us in the way, we also have oil wells on the property, weve been seeing ribbins all over the place and little trails cut throughout the property, and little sticks that look like 1by2's here and there, went to the lease to day to plant some seed, being it was raining, there was 2 oil rigs that test drill in a little field that i use to go to my stand, they drove through my food plot that i just tilled a week ago, now i have a road all the way to my stand, i dont know if they found any oil or how ever they do it, but how long will it take them to put a oil well in if they did, and dont they have to take a big oil rig to do the drilling, we've been getting only night pic's and i can see why, just hope they will get done and the deer will get back to normal before season, should i go on with the plains for the other food plots and hanging stands,or wait till every thing is done,

went to the lease to day to refill feeders, drove around and found one of them oil tester today and asked him exactly what he was doing and how long he thought he would being doing it, he said he was one of three crews and he was only drilling the holes, he said another crew would come behind him, drop a small charge down the hole and blow it up and get some type of sizmagraft reading, dont know, sounded something like a fish finder to me, if they found any oil or pocket of gas, another crew would come in and do the drilling, all in all he said they should be done by sept at the latest.
