Jeramie
Who all has them in their states? This time of year I see them all over the place. I see them on the highway or streets almost daily. Some of those dudes get HUGE! Its kind of creepy to see them crossing the road 2-3 at a time, yet ive never seen one in the woods? Anyway, just curious who all sees them around this time of year? Gator
YEP!!!! Seen quite a few lately. I wonder if the rains have them pushed outta there holes. Seen this one just the other day crossing the road. To bad I didn't have anything to put it in, I'd have had a new pet!! But on another note, I ain't seen a copperhead in a good month!!! OJR
I haven't seen one since I moved to Idaho. Come on Gator, get yourself a sack, pick up a copperhead and a jar for a spider. You will have a good collection of pets!:D:D

wtnhunt
Do not think we have them around here Jeramie, but we do have some big hairy spiders. Here lately, been seeing a few brown recluses, I would trade off for tarantulas with them anyday. Not seeing as many snakes this year as years passed, kind of surprising with all the rain we have had. Have not seen the first copperhead this year either, YET. Gator
I used to have two tarantulas in an aquarium, would feed them june bugs and crickets, it was cool to watch them eat. You could hear them crunching them down on it
cinch314
Havent seen any tarantulas yet in my area. What's up with the lighting bugs and june bugs? I havent seen many of them at all and usually we are swarmed with them. Id like to see more because my daughter really enjoys looking for them at night sitting on the porch swing before she goes to bed.

sskybnd
ive never seen one here, we do have some big spiders, there kinda yellow. realy bad in bow season cant help but walk into half a dozen on the way to the stand, if they were tarantulas, i quit hunting and go to fishing, spiders can make you do a wild jig.
