Darron
Does anyone have any experience with Cabela's food plot mixes? I was browsing the web and came across these. They actually have a couple nice mixtures, one in particular sounds like a great fall plot consisting of brassicas, turnips, and chicory. They also have another one that suppose to do well in shade consisting of wheat, clover and brassica.
wtnhunt
Have no experience with cabelas seed blends. Think if I was you I would try the mix Trefoil Trophy Rack Fall Deer Blend from hamann farms, sounds like just what you are looking for. Check it out here http://hamannfarms.com/seeds.htm. I am not a fan of brassicas personally, but I do know that the seed in the mixes from hamann farms are quality seeds. Have had great results with the clover/trefoil blends from them and have had extremely fast germination with the brassicas I tried from them.
