cinch314
Yea he was really funny though and I enjoyed his points and comedy. Even if he had a potty mouth. May he rest in peace.
Guest Andrea
Yeah just saw that this morning. Sad. They always say it comes in 3's. Tim Russert just died from the same thing. ( Meet the Press moderator)

aksheephuntress
...I listened to George Carlin every chance I could get, when I was in High School...mostly because my parents wouldn't allow it... - I didn't understand his humor, at first...but, once I caught on, I realised ..."there's a whole other world out there........." Nut
Let's put it this way. I had a tape recorder while I was in high school. A classic by him was on a tape and we walked to school instead of riding the bus just so we could listen to it again and again.....we had it memorized. Of course I can not post what it was but shamefully (here) I still can say the monologue to this day.
