Cuddeback Customer Service report

Over the past few years I've seen a lot more bad comments than good about Cuddeback's customer service but this was my 1st experience with them.

About a week ago I sent Cuddeback 2 of my Expert cameras for service. They were both 2 years old. Both had problems eating up batteries along with the old problem of loosing contact with the batteries from time to time. Both of them also seemed to have lost about 1/2 of their flash range toward the end of last deer season compared to my other camera too.

Anyway low and behold I find a package from them yesterday by my front door. I thought it was strange to have my cameras back from them already. Heck it was only a week since I'd put them in the mail. Inside were 2 brand new cameras to replace both of my 2 year old cameras. :eek: Also inside is an invoice for $0.00. That's right...they replaced both of my 2 year old Expert cameras for free.

Thumbs up and a couple of attaboys for Cuddeback's customer service here. ;)

Off to the woods to begin this years sets. :D

i am glad to hear that! I own 4 cuddebacks 2 1.3 mega pixels, 1 3.0 and one of the new 3.0 and I love them. I have sent them in for service on the older ones. And have had the battery tray replaced. They cost some money to repair "for me" but they are well worth it. I had read some bad stuff about them but maybe they are turning around!
