I've hunted that forest i just mentioned 10 years ago , and seen a few huge bucks , also try huntin pope county they also have huge bucks , good huntin this fall . birdhunter39 Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 don't quote me on this , but if I'm reading it right , it's right near the Shawnee national forest , which is 26,000 acres . the SNF is if i remember correctly, it's in 4 or 5 counties , and the county i hunted in was a dry county ( no alcohol) , I don't drink , so i didn't care but, my other 2 partners did drink . but anyways , here's a web address i got from the bottoms . www. gallatin bottoms .com , i hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
