unioncountyslayer
When it comes to sports announcers, there is probably no one I dispise more than Billy Packer. He is the biggest Pro-Duke announcer, and he just gets on my last nerve. Anyway, for you Packer fans out there, read and weap...no more NCAA tournament coverage for ol' Billy. http://ncaabasketball.fanhouse.com/2008/07/14/report-billy-packer-is-done-at-cbs/

I don't watch that much college hoops, but Packer's replacement is a good dude IMHO. Clark Kellogg will do fine.
Nick
I could have swore Dick Vitale was the biggest pro-Duke announcer out there.......I guess they all are.
okbowman
20 years ago, Packer and Musberger were great, before all the pro Duke stuff started. I really like Jim Nantz, not sure how good Clark Kellogg is gonna be, he's ok as an analyst, but I don't know about calling the game. muggs
Jim Nantz is the best, but Kellogg is good. I like Musberger for college football, hearing his voice makes me think of Saturday mornings during the Fall- love that time of year. Yeah, while you're cuddling up to your cat and some cocoa when you should be up in a tree.

To be honest- the hunting jones I once had is waning, progessively each year. I'd rather hook into a steelie anyway.

muggs
Feel the need to defend, even though it's days later. I still love being out in the woods, just the kill is getting to me. It's so permanent, ya know? Heck, I don't even have time to use the meat to justify it anymore boys. Flame me if you will...but a guy's philosophy can change over the course of his life, can't it? DBs.

Yes, sometimes I like to marinate my backstrap in Italian dressing, sometimes a little sea salt, cracked pepper and minced garlic does it. AF--Too busy to eat, give me a break.
