muggs
Uh huh, well coming from a Bears fan.........I won't take that too seriously. It's getting close. Training camp opens the 27th and once that happens the season seems to jump up on ya. btw- Teabow may win the Heismann, but he'll be a bust in the NFL. I was right about Favre, I'll be right about my Buckeyes winning the NT game this year, and I'll be right about Oden too.

When you pick the Buckeyes every year, you're bound to be right every once in a while. Their defense is going to be something else this year, should be fun to watch. With 20 returning starters, I really don't see any team in the Big Ten that can beat them.
c_lou
I think they need to go undefeated this year to get into the title game. If they don't, I can see the voters not putting them in thinking they are going to get smoked again.
muggs
When you pick the Buckeyes every year, you're bound to be right every once in a while. Can't say the same for the Badgers though, can you?:D Do you lose a lot of money every football season Eric? :D:p:p;) No ma'am. I don't bet...on sports. If they don't, I can see the voters not putting them in thinking they are going to get smoked again. That's for sure. But people need to realize last year was supposed to be a rebuilding year and most people picked them to finish 3rd in the Big Ten. They had a new starting QB (who isn't that great) and most of their offense went to the NFL and they still played a solid LSU team with a lot of seniors hard for the first half. Return all those starters and add Pryor into the fold...they're going to be tough, but USC in the Rose Bowl is a very tough draw.
JJL
Uh huh, well coming from a Bears fan.........I won't take that too seriously. Shane Matthews Danny Wuerffel Rex Grossman Chris Leak That's a pretty long list of ex-Gators who have all failed miserably in Chicago. Of course most Q-Backs do that sort of thing when placed into a Bears uniform. It's pretty much a final resting place for the mediocre. I think the Badgers are going to be right up there at the end of the season.
muggs
Care to put a little avatar wager on that Badgers/Buckeyes game? You're on bud. There's no such thing as a sure thing...but this is pretty close. The Badgers have a nice squad, but I think the Buckeyes are going to be hungry this year and out to prove something. Of course, I think the Big Ten will rebound this season (except for Beatyaagain who's heading down the drain with that new coach what's his face up there) and even teams like Indiana are going to be tough. It will be a grinder but hopefully a little harder schedule will bring them into the bowl season a little more battle tested.

I think the majority of programs out there would take that deal Kev.
