Hoosierbuck
Lately we have been gorging ourselves on summer squash, zucchini, red and green bell peppers onions, whatever-tossed in olive oil and Old Bay or Cachere's cajun spice then grilled on one of those metal veggie grilling pans. OH man are they good. Now rivals sweet corn and homegrown tomatoes as one of my reasons for enduring the heat of summer. HB
wtnhunt
May have to check out the grilling pans, never used them on the grill here. Grilled some squash on kabobs along with small pieces of veni steaks marinated in italian dressing here back on the 4th. Not really a fan of squash so much myself, but the wife, her sister and the kids sure liked the stuff. Got some veni steaks thawing out in the fridge now, think I may marinate them for fajitas and cut up some fresh jalapenos, cayenne, bell peppers, and tomatoes and grill them. Randy
Don't forget the "shrooms" and during the last 15 min. or so, throw in some snowpeas! Also like William said, try the Italian dressing. Mmmm, Mmmm!!

Hoosierbuck
Randy- You are right about the mushrooms. The regular white ones or the portabellas, they are indeed yummy. HB
