Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
My 8 year old cousin Aaron, in his 2nd year of little league, helped his team to an undefeated season and the championship, which was today. They had some GREAT coaches, not just because they won, but how they handled the kids as far as making sure they listen and pay attention and cheer on their teammates. After the trophy presentations, the coaches came up and gave him the game ball. Here are a few pics from today. Catching a pop-up during warm-ups. (BTW, he plays shortstop) After scoring a run(caught him with a mouth full of gatorade) Standing on second after his game winning RBI double Team huddle after shaking hands with the other team The whole team, after getting their trophies Here's Aaron afterwards, the trophies are pretty need, silver bobble heads on a little pedestal with the league name underneath (a lot better than when I was a kid:D) Here he is with his coaches, again, they did a great job controlling a group of 7-8 year olds and getting them to play as a team.
