Rem308
While at the range, I shot my 700 SPS-Vamint .308 a little more. I shot the first few times, and it was about 4" high (Which is where I left it from last time). I shot 2 real close, one a little to the right, but still high. I adjusted the scope down and let it cool. I shot 3 more and they were just a tad low of the bullseye, I let it cool. Shot 3 more and it continued this pattern. (Well, there is that one that I hope was a flinch!) This was a windy day of shooting, and also take into count the human error. I'm very pleased. (Those 2 much smaller holes were from .22 WMR that we were just shooting at 100 yds.)
Hoosierbuck
Thanks for the range reports on the rimfires and this rig, too. Always nice to see someone burning powder. HB
