wtnhunt
Marinated about 1.5 lbs of small deer steaks in olive oil and +- 2 tbs of our favorite fajita seasoning mix overnight, then skewered them and cooked them on the grill yesterday afternoon. Cooked fresh peppers(jalapenos and cayenne) from the garden and onions in olive oil along side on the grill. Ummm yummy.:D

wtnhunt
....that looks incredible.... -and I really like that particular cast iron skillet you have... That skillet was a Christmas gift last year from my sister and her husband, almost forgot I had it. I had actually never used it before yesterday, but think it is going to be pretty handy for stuff like this.

OMG Thanks William on a great recipe!! That is cool Randy. That is kind of the good part about, you can use whatever peppers, onions, mushrooms, or other veggies to your likings. Got some more steaks thawed out to grill some more of these again, think this time I will put some diced tomatoes from the garden in the skillet too. wtnhunt
:eek: Now why would you go and ruin an awesome meal?? :D That is why the veggies are grilled in the skillet on the side. Can put whatever you want on yours. The kids do not eat the peppers and onions, really don't care much for the tomatoes myself, but the wife sure does like them.
