Guest zach90
What are some quality options for frame packs. I have the badlands 2200 but need something larger and possibly a frame for out west in montana for backcountry mule deer and elk hunting. Just looking for some ideas on which i should get. The badlands 4500 and Janssens Adventure Outfitters Hard Core Pack are just 2 of the packs i have looked at. Any help would be great. m gardner
Cabelas Alaskan packs work well. I've had one for 14 years and just put it to rest. I replaced it with a Kelty Cache Hauler. I tried the Kelty on and like the way the hip belt fit. There's nothing worse than having your pants migrate to your knees as you walk out with a load of meat! Take a child or a weight to the store when you try out the packs. You really can't tell unless you've got 50 pounds or more in it. Tecumseh
I've been using a Cabela's Alaskan guide pack for the past 6 years and have no complaints about it.
