buckee
On the way to the Post Office today, I saw these guys, sitting in the neighbors yard, so I backed up, to get back home and grabed the camera...LOL The one up against the house, is a beautiful 5x4 blacktail, then a nice smaller 2x2, and that Cool 5x1.. Then when we came home, they were browsing next door again, so I got a few more pics of the big boy. Here's all 3 sitting there...LOL And these are the 5x4 next door when I got home
Guest bebout
That's so cool to have deer in the yard that close to a house. I hopefully going to be moving to Alaska in the next couple of years and if I'm not mistaking they have blacktails also.

Maybe you could lure him out of town somehow. That's pretty cool they feel that comfortable bedding down right there next to someone's house. They sure do seem comfortable in the neighborhood, guess they know they are safe there. Have had deer here bed down the hill from the house and in the woods up close to the house, but never up against the house or even in the yard for that matter. Yeah, I was wondering how I could dart them, throw them in the back of my truck, and take them down to the farm, without any neighbors seeing me ...LOL:D:D

Rhino
Yeah, I was wondering how I could dart them, throw them in the back of my truck, and take them down to the farm, without any neighbors seeing me ...LOL:D:D Oh catch and release eh? Great pics Steve and that is a great looking 5x4. If he becomes a menace eating the neighbors garden you might be able to get some help with darting and relocating him.
